We offer one-to-one online counselling therapy sessions, both short-term and long-term, designed to address the challenges you or your loved one is facing. We strive to create a welcoming and safe environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions.

Before your first session, you have the option to book an online complimentary 20-minute welcome session. This short, no-pressure meeting gives us a chance to meet online, discuss your needs, and see if our approach feels like the right fit for you. It ensures that when therapy begins, we can focus fully on your goals.

Together, we will work collaboratively to identify concerns, develop clear goals, and take practical steps toward positive change.

In our role as your therapist, we will listen actively, serve as a sounding board, and ask thoughtful questions that encourage self-reflection, while drawing on evidence-based strategies and techniques to empower you with the skills and insights to address your concerns.

Our youthful approach helps us connect with young people, and we bring over three years of specialised experience as online young persons counsellors, supporting adolescents and young adults through a variety of challenges throughout the UK and abroad.
