Step 1 - Reach Out

We aim to respond within 48 hours, excluding weekends, so please allow a little extra time for replies sent on Fridays or over the weekend.
We’ll have an initial email discussion where you can share your concerns and we can answer any questions you may have. Let us know what you’re hoping to work on, and ask us any initial questions you may have.
Step 2 - Initial Discussion
Step 3 - Complete The Onboarding Form
If you decide to proceed, we will send you an onboarding form to complete before your free 20-minute consultation. This form gives me a better understanding of your needs and helps us make the consultation as useful as possible.
Once the onboarding form is submitted, we’ll schedule a free 20-minute consultation. This short session gives us a chance to meet online, discuss your needs, and see if my approach feels like the right fit for you. It’s a no-pressure way for you to ask questions and for me to understand how I can best support you.
Step 4 - Schedule your Free 20 Minute Consultation
If the consultation goes well and you’d like to continue, we’ll arrange a regular, weekly session time that works for you.

Step 6 - Payment
Payment is made via electronic bank transfer and is required at least 48 hours before each session.
Step 7 - Payment Confirmation & Session Link
Once payment is confirmed, we’ll send you the link to join your upcoming session.
