We offer one-to-one online counselling therapy sessions, on a short-term and long-term basis, designed to address the challenges you're facing. We strive to create a welcoming online therapy environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions. Together, we will work collaboratively to identify your concerns, develop clear goals, and take practical steps toward positive change.

Our virtual individual counselling sessions take place securely online, allowing you to access professional mental health support from the comfort of your own space - wherever you are. Online therapy can be just as effective as in-person counselling and offers flexibility, privacy, and continuity.

Before your first session, you have the option to book an online complimentary 20-minute welcome session. This short, no-pressure meeting gives us a chance to meet online, discuss your needs, and see if our counselling approach feels like the right fit for you. It ensures that when therapy begins, we can focus fully on your goals.

In our role as your counselling therapist, we will be here to listen actively, serve as a sounding board, and ask thoughtful questions that encourage self-reflection. Where necessary, we will draw on evidence-based strategies and techniques to empower you with the skills and insights to address your concerns.
